Once you have expressed interest and have a Letter of Intent (LoI) agreement or recommendation from The Developer of Arun Lhokseumawe SEZ, you can proceed to business licensing through the Online Single Submission (OSS). After you have a Business Identification Number (NIB) and get a business location in the Arun Lhokseumawe SEZ, you can proceed to the licensing and non-licensing stages. All of these stages are processed online through the Online Single Submission (OSS) which is integrated between central, provincial, and regency/city agencies.
After The Investor has a Business Identification Number (NIB) and Standard Classification of Indonesian Business Fields (KBLI) in the Online Single Submission (OSS) system located within Arun Lhokseumawe SEZ, you can start doing business and fulfill basic licensing.
